Alteration & Exchange Policies

At Soomi, we want every piece you wear to feel like it was made just for you. That’s why we offer minor alterations on all Soomi garments to help ensure a comfortable and flattering fit.

As part of our soft opening, we are offering complimentary minor alterations until September 15, 2025. After this date, a minimal fee will be charged depending on the detail and complexity of the requested changes.

Minor alterations may include adjustments such as strap shortening, hem revisions, or slight changes to the waist or bust within the existing size range. Please note that full customizations or major modifications are not included in this service.
