1. How do I place an order? Can I opt for pick up?
You can place your order directly through our website. If you prefer to pick up your order, just send us a message on Instagram or email us—we’ll coordinate the best option for you.

2. How do I process payment?
We accept payments via BPI bank transfer or Gcash. Full payment details will be shown upon checkout.

3. Do you accept custom orders for RTW styles?
Yes, we do! If you’ve seen a Ready-to-Wear piece you love but want it adjusted to better fit your needs, we’d be happy to explore custom options with you.

4. How do I place a custom order?
Just send us a message on Instagram @wear.soomi or email us at wear.soomi@gmail.com. We’ll guide you through the process and assist with your custom request from start to finish.

5. What is the lead time for custom orders?
Our custom design process typically takes 6–8 weeks, which includes your consultation, the production lead time, and 1–2 fittings to ensure everything fits just right.

6. Do you have a pop-up or studio where I can try on pieces?
At the moment, we operate fully online. But we’re dreaming big and hope to host a pop-up very soon. Stay connected through Instagram for updates on where Soomi might show up next.
